Senator Rountree Ad For Pantano
The Pantano for Congress campaign has released their first television ad of the general election season. The ad features civic leader and former NC State Senator George Rountree discussing why he no longer supports Mike McIntyre and why he is supporting Ilario Pantano for Congress.
“I am honored that George would agree to speak out on my behalf,” Pantano said. “George is a respected community leader in Wilmington who has been a strong advocate for southeastern North Carolina for many years. Like many people I have met throughout the 7th District, many of whom are former supporters of Congressman McIntyre, George is fed up with the way things are going in Washington. He’s sick of the Pelosi agenda, he’s tired of having a Congressman who won’t stand up to Pelosi, and he’s ready to help lead the fight to take back our country.”

A wonderful ad. The truth is coming out about Mike McIntyre. He hides a secret agenda behind his claims of being a conservative U.S. Congressman. Senator Rountree knows the score. He is recognized as a gentleman of experience and integrity. It is not surprising that, after years of being faithful to Congressman McIntyre, he now has to follow his heart and conscience, and support Ilario Pantano for U.S. Congress in the Seventh District of North Carolina. Many will follow Senator Rountree's example -- conservatives and principled individual from both major parties, as well as unaffiliated voters and independents. Mike's deceptive actions will not be tolerated anymore. He is selling out America. It's time for a change -- overtime. Ilario Pantano is our next U.S. Congressman in the Seventh District.
